Cannot reproduce. The closest I get is when I place "two" down and one appears to stay in my inv. (started with 2 lilypads in hand) But I relog and one of the "placed" ones disappears, and I still have one in hand. Can also confirm when I break the farther pad it does not drop a lilypad. The one close to me does drop one when broken. Unless you have more detailed steps, I have not been able to reproduce this.
I know that if you are on 1.13 stuff is funky on sb. Sometimes items appear to be duplicated but a simple reload shows that it’s not the case.
I was on 1.12 and the lily pads that stayed didn’t drop when I broke them I just figured I needed silk touch or something. So perhaps 1.12.2 has a few un-remedied visual glitches. Sorry about that.
Looks like it's a visual glitch. Always relog to confirm items are real when reviewing potential duplication issues.
