I'll need the username of such user. Further more, if that user only donated for EcoDollars, they would not have a donation tag [$] however they would have the supporter group, which grants VIP access -> likely what you are seeing.
Yup, If you bought a non /myfeatures purchase, you still get the supporter rank, which give you /ch vip.
