    Magic Rod L3, Magic Elytra L2 (x2), and Magic Netherite tools can't be withdrawn.

    Instructions:
    Do /tb, try to remove the tools (without shift clicking), and fail to remove the tools.

    How many times did you recreate this?:
    Multiple times.

    Result:
    Can't withdraw tools.

    Expected Result:
    Withdraw max magic tools.
