What I mean is, it's my town. He does not own the town any longer, I bought it from him and wanted a chat for it. I'm asking if he would be in control of my chat or would he be able to transfer? I have bought Mayor for him, in exchange for his town.
My basic hope/concept is that there would be an ability to give someone 'admin' over the channel and/or give them 'moderator' of that channel.
I have found a need for this to be incorporated even more for me lol. I had a situation come up, and wished I could change the password then and there. That situation made me think of this suggestion again. I really do hope this passes.
