Thread Title: Chat lobby color Minecraft Name: UniversalWarlock Suggestion: Chat lobby should be a different color instead of yellow Reason: Chat lobby should be a different color because if a user see's the yellow they probably would assume it is local chat so it might get confusing. It is the same with mining chat, same yellow. I assumed everyone in mine chat were within 400 blocks of me until just recently when another user who handnt discovered it in even longer pointed it out. The problem is I am not sure there are many more text colors that wont be a bother to look at. It is already a puke riot of color from everyones nicks, more might induce epilepsy. Joking obviously hyperbole but still it is already distractingly colorful.
i agree that its fine but local chat = chat that's within a radius of 400 blocks while everyone can see the local lobby chat no matter where you are or what server it is so it isnt really "local"
It's not local in the distance sense however it is meant to fulfill the same purpose. An area chat for the lobby which is visible to staff everywhere (and players too but mainly staff)
