It is my pleasure to finally offer perms to Colebex farms. I have been working on these farms for over 2 years now and things have really started taking shape this past month. I am going to open up perms to 10 people, to begin with, and see how that goes. Perms to all farms and a home within the town located in the center of the farms. Perms will cost 300k which is a one-off payment and is non-refundable. New perks with perms Anyone with perms to Colebex farms can have free access to a star axe, melon sword and star rod. Ext commands+ will be required for access to the melon sword and star rod. An eff7 is also now available and requires extcommands+ and pyro+ to access. @destroyer2441 Yes, you are welcome to hire planters at no additional cost. Worth mentioning that the farm is fully planted now and you would be expected to leave the farm as you found it to allow the next person to harvest.
I noticed the melon farm towns are separate from the tree farm and pumpkin farm so I was wondering.. can I buy perms just for the melon farm?
@RazorRimz This isn't possible at the moment however you should consider buying perms to the farm I messaged you about in game.
Still available, I have to be honest and say I haven't made much progress since posting this thread. As the tree farm runs directly above the melon farm this isn't possible. However, I would be willing to reduce the cost by 50k to anyone who wants farm perms but not the accomodation.

@Imabankthing, I've been considering this for a while. I have the $200k and would like to have perms (basically for the tree farm), but I have probably the worst pc in the world, lol. I have a farm with a tree farm on top however, I lag so bad that I can barely cut trees down and most times my MC crashes multiple times when I try to cut the trees (so I can't even use my own tree farm) and it's nothing like yours, mine is actually very small. I'm not sure why I lag so bad, it could be something with my farm (I'm hoping). Anyways, I don't want to pay the $200k and find out that I can't even use the tree farm, so is there a way I can come check things out, maybe even do a test run?
@Ladyvamptress Your more than welcome to come and try it out before deciding if it's worth buying perms. I had similar problems with farming before upgrading my pc so I know the feeling. When I catch you in-game I can always stop by your farm and see if I have any issues with lag or whether it's just down to your computer.

This is a really cheap farm perm. I charged 150k for owner perms at my tree farm and it wasn't even done. You should put the price higher
