@destroyer2441 I noticed the farm wasn't planted and spoke with the person responsible who was advertising/hiring planters at the time. I will be working on making sure such large areas are not left unplanted for any length of time. @ThatKidArshi After consulting with another member of the farm I am most likely going to implement a system that would see perms of repeat offenders reduced to member perms for a 1 week period (basically meaning they would have to replant on their own). This is the only way to ensure all perm holders have something to farm when they do get in-game. p.s I have about 5k redstone ore back in stock if your still looking @Jonathug_ I contacted you in-game and noticed you had at least been attempting to hire planters at the time. I would, however, suggest farming less than 80% of the farm before starting advertising. As explained before this is to allow other perm holders something to farm. I counted 20 double rows farmed and today I see 13 of those are still unplanted this morning, not to mention a couple of the rows planted are either incorrectly planted or half planted. I have spoken with you once before regarding replanting and have suggested ways in which you can increase your chances of recruiting planters.
Yes, As the Cocoa farm is not connected to any other farm I am able to sell perms to that for 25k (subject to change once I have spoken to @ThomasVerth)

I have finally managed to purchase a melon sword which is available to any perm holder with ext commands+. Thanks to @matrix_rep for selling at a great price Anyone wishing to access the melon sword can mail or pm me in-game.
Update on farm progress I have taken a break from the second level of the tree farm and have begun work on a 200 x 200 sugar cane farm for those wishing to train herbalism.

@DaNuclearMuffin I noticed you hadn't been around, it's not an issue as you have paid the majority of your perms. I moved the payment sign upstairs to make room for more products in the store. Not sure what you have feature wise or whether you have followed the updates but perm holders with extcommands+ can now access a star rod, melon sword and eff7 (pyro+ also required for this).
