This is the official thread for Colebex farms. Here you will be able to find all the required information for our farms. At this time all perms to our farms have been sold and the only way to purchase perms at this time is by buying out someone who has perms already. The list of perm holders is as follows: Star tool access Anyone with perms to Colebex farms can have free access to a star axe, melon sword and star rod. Ext commands+ will be required for access to the melon sword and star rod. An eff7 is also now available and requires extcommands+ and pyro+ to access. Party access Take advantage of shared mcmmo to speed up the process of maxing out your woodcutting. I have mcmmo bonuses and am more than willing to help new members kick start mcmmo levels. Mob spawners Skeleton as of 26/1/2018 Zombie as of 29/1/2018 Tree farm (Currently 200 x 600 x 2). Work is ongoing here, currently working on a 3rd level for all tree types. Warp - Colebex_mk2 Melon farm (Currently 200 x 400 x 5) Work is ongoing here and clearing work has begun on the third town. Warp - Colebex_mk3 Pumpkin farm (Currently 200 x 200 x 3) I plan on making changes to this farm but at the moment it serves it's purpose. Warp - Colebex_multicrop Multi-crop farm (200 x 200) A good selction of crops including nether wart. This farm has been set up as a temporary measure until I am able to build a 200 x 200 for each crop (see sugar cane farm) Warp - No warp at this time but easy access from Colebex_mk3 (take the lift down) Cocoa Farms (Semi-auto) I have begun work on extending this but main focus has been on completion of tree farm lately. Warp - Legendary_co Sugar cane farm Our latest addition, at present it is 200 x 200 x 3 but additional levels are planned. Accommodation 200 x 200 Work has been ongoing here and special thanks to @BuildsByGideon for his addition of lighting and completion of house interiors Warp - None as yet but it will be getting one. (again easy access from /warp Colebex_mk2) As if all this wasn't enough I will be using ALL the money generated from perm sales to further expand the farms and tool collection. This is strictly for planting saplings only and people you add may not farm the trees for you. You are not permitted to add or remove owners. You must make sure anything you have farmed is replanted prior to logging off. You are not permitted to add or remove any blocks other than what you are farming. You accept that I reserve the right to evict anyone who is banned from the server for any reason You agree not to rent, loan or log off with any of the farms star tools. It would not be fair on other perm holders to do so. Breaching any of the above rules will make you eligible for eviction and by submitting your application it is understood that you agree to these rules.

It is amazing to see a player who is willing to put his hard earned money right back into his project for the betterment of all members. Do not ask how much perms cost, ask how great this is as an investment in your future with your ability to earn.
So if I don't have ext commands+ I can't use the star tools? But what if I were to bring a chest with me and request a staff or trusted player for a repair? Would that be fine? This farm looks good otherwise
@LaggyTryHard That's correct, Without extcommands+ you can only use the star axe. That doesn't mean the axe can't be used to earn the ecd to purchase commands+ and access to all tools granted at that stage. Final reminder @CaptainDeath33 & @destroyer2441 You guys both have a section of farm that has been left unplanted for over a week now. Since I have seen you both in-game and not advertising for planters I and the other perm holders would very much appreciate if you would replant this a.s.a.p. Tree farm progress I should be finished the second level by this weekend. I have put most of my time in-game into this the past week. Eviction Mcguy65 has been evicted from Colebex farms due to being banned. I attempted to contact via discord to confirm but got no response.
Finally finished the second level of the tree farm. Thanks to everyone for being patient while I completed it. I am undecided on either a 200 x 200 nwart farm or an additional level to tree farm for all other trees as my next project.
Wow, it's so beautiful! Thank you so much for all of your hard work, it is certainly appreciated. If I may, I think the different types of tree farm would be nice and more useful than netherwart, but that's just my opinion. If you are going to do both, then it doesn't matter which gets done first I guess cause they both will be available at some point. If you're only picking one tho, maybe the trees, I see a bunch of people needing wood lately, mostly jungle.

@Ladyvamptress So glad to hear you like the progress. I have begun work on an additional level for all other trees as suggested. I started with jungle and dark oak and both are now ready to be farmed @Platinum_Foxy Looks good. Do you require a payment plan for these perms or do you have the 300k upfront? @Platinum_Foxy I am sorry but after some consideration, I am going to have to decline your application at this time.

@Capbo_ Star tool reminder 7 hours offline with eff7. This isn't the first time this has happened. Please make sure you return ALL star tools prior to logging off so other people have access otherwise I am going to have to introduce fines to prevent this happening.
