Hello, I am sorry to bother you about this as this seems rather inconvenient on both parties. If you can help me or give me advice, I would greatly appreciate it. I paid $25,000 for a warrior tag that allows me to sneak, and use lava. However, I am unable to do either of these things. The $25,000 was in fact taken out of my account and I did not receive the perks for being a Warrior. I tested this out because I asked my friends if it looked like I was sneaking and no change seemed to occur after I typed the command "/sneak" as it says to do in the wiki. Also I cannot use lava buckets in any other world other than the nether. This is an absolutely absurd! Evidence: I currently do not have evidence because i can't take screenshots of another computer. If there is a moderator online I can talk to I will be able to explain things easier. My one friend may be able to get screenshots if requested. Additional Information: I was sold under false pretenses that I was able to use lava in the main world. I would either like my $25,000 back or to be able to use lava in the main world. I would also like to be able to sneak as I am unable to do so at the moment. It does says in the wiki that: "Ability to use Lava Buckets in the nether. Bring them over from the main world!" This implies that I am able to use lava in the main world either for decoration or building a lava house. Now if for some reason these perks or abilities I receive are ONLY for the nether. then the wiki needs to specifically say so. As stated before I was sold under false pretenses and essentially cheated out of ECD. I have talked to a few moderators and game admins including andrewkm. Apparently no one is able to assist me. If I am able to receive assistance in this issue I would greatly appreciate it. As it seems now, unfortunately, most /moderators/game admins essentially blow me off and are of no help Thank You
Go to a Game admin or andrekwm and tell them that there was a problem. This happens every once in a while so don't be scared it can also be a bug or they simply forget, humans make mistakes.

Buying nether access does not grant you the ability to use lava in the main world, you need the PYRO donation for that. If you have the PYRO donation, buying nether access DOES allow you to enter the nether to fill buckets with lava and bring them back to the main world. That is the reason behind the wording on the wiki, you just took it mean what you wanted it to, which is that you would be able to use lava in the main world without donating for PYRO. EDIT: Also read the wiki again. "Ability to use Lava Buckets in the nether. Bring them over from the main world!". This means you can bring buckets from the main world, fill them with lava, and use them in the nether.
Well... then it needs to say so in the wiki. No? To not explain things in the wiki (which is what the wiki is meant for) is completely unacceptable. Am I able to receive my $25,000 back since I was essentially scammed?
Warrior is a NETHER rank, it's silly to think that things for a nether rank would apply to other worlds. You were not scammed, this was you misinterpreting the information on the wiki.
It doesn't make any sense to say that I am able to bring buckets into the nether. OBVIOUSLY! I can bring buckets anywhere I want... As I stated earlier this is entirely absurd! ECC has another unsatisfied customer and I have received poor customer service from this server...
Just that 1 little joking sentence is the problem here? This is definitely not absurd, just take a look at the amount of warrior and terminator applications have been processed to date. http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/forums/applications-survivors-warrior-terminator.24/ You are actually the very first person to complain about not being able to use those features in the main world, everyone else understood, why didn't you?
It's not harassment, we're just trying to make you see that the mistake is with you, not the server. Don't blame us for a mistake you made yourself.
