I can confirm @brookegoldenberg was a member of this town.

@Red_Pandaz_13 created a sign saying that Brooke owned a plot on 11-14. This also means appropriate eviction time was not provided.

 

I can confirm that @brookegoldenberg was asked by @Red_Pandaz_13 to sign or complete some sort of book, because I was in the town building a house at the time, and I remember seeing the conversation in local chat (and thinking 'why not just use a town thread?' but that's neither here nor there). I remember the book thing because it struck me as unusual.

 

Being @nicit6 has confirmed that @brookegoldenberg was apart of the town Christmass, @Red_Pandaz_13 will have 48 hours to add you back to the town otherwise we will take further action.
Once you have been added back to the town, please confirm this by posting in this complaint @brookegoldenberg

would you like my side of the story @Mission001 . Okay, well there is a rule in the town that you cannot be rude to the mayor. @brookegoldenberg broke that rule, proceeded to tell me that he wasn't going to live in my town anymore, because he owned nothing but a plot I said okay, you are no longer apart of Christmas, and now he's all mad because he thinks he deserves like 1k or something. Idk whats going on, but this whole thing is stupid. My town, my rules. He broke them, he's out. There was a notice, the 3 days are not up, but he owns nothing, so he's out. He has shown clear signs that if I gave him perms again, he would rampage the town. I have neither the time, nor money to fix damage done by somebody who wants "revenge" for me not giving him some money he wants.

 

You would need proof of him breaking the rule for it to be allowed

 

It is good that you have towns rules,
But they must coexist with the ECC rules and the rules state that to evict someone, you must give them 3 days notice.
You have not so it does not matter what they have done, if you want them out of the town, you still have to give them three days.

They dont have any stuff? It doesnt matter, you still need to give them three days notice.

Therefore the ruling still stands that you have to re-add @brookegoldenberg back to the town and follow the correct eviction rules.
If you do not, you are breaking ECC rules which will lead to further action.

Also while we do allow eviction for violation of town rules, evidence must be provided that the player was aware of the rule and that the rule was broken. If you can provide this evidence that is also fine.

You need to provide evidence of this notice for it to be valid, or re-add @brookegoldenberg to the town and reissue the notice.

@nicit6 he's was readded and now he's not because it's been 3 days, so this is all stupid and it's over he's out and there's no rule telling me I have to let him back in.
