    Additional Information: First screenshot is just showing that kuke forum banned him. And in the second you can clearly see him insulting the person who banned him(so he's referring to kuke)kukelekuuk00​
    Don't know if the user was warned in game, but this should be a bigger punishment than a warning. He clearly insulted a game admin because he was banned after he didn't listen to the GA.​
