Terms of the Contract:

• @Rip_Peep_2017 will transfer $5,000,000 over to @PyroTechnix_ within 24 hours of this contracts approval.
• @Rip_Peep_2017 will set up a payment chest at /warp peepcity (x:912 y:71 z:441)

• @PyroTechnix_ will be responsible for making 4 total weekly payments of $1,375,000 via the chest shop setup at /warp peepcity until the full amount of $5,500,000 has been paid off. Payment due dates are as follows.
  
  Payment 1: $1,375,000 due September 5th 2023
  Payment 2: $1,375,000 due September 12th 2023
  Payment 3: $1,375,000 due September 19th 2023
  Payment 4: $1,375,000 due September 26th 2023

• If @PyroTechnix_ fails to make a payment on time, late fees of $100,000/day passed since due date will be accrued until a payment is made. Late fees will be capped after 5 days ($500,000) has passed and if after those 5 days the due amount is not paid, @Rip_Peep_2017 may file a complaint against @PyroTechnix_ for loan scamming
