    General Purpose of Contract:
    This contract is to provide details for the sale of an eff10 star axe on payment plan between @AcTiVeMonkey and myself, @SalsaWizard.

    I @SalsaWizard agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
    I @SalsaWizard agree to grant ownership of an eff10 star axe to user @AcTiVeMonkey within 24 hours of the approval of this contract! Upon full payment ($1,075,000), I will transfer the /own over to @AcTiVeMonkey within 24 hours of receiving full payment.

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
    @AcTiVeMonkey will have 1 month (until November 13th) to pay me $1,075,000 ecd in return for the axe. I will accept money via payment sign, located in my town Taj_Mahal in rising. Coords for tp: -11115, 64, 3479

    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

    A few things before we can get this contract approved

    @SalsaWizard
    • You need to provide a /own ID for the tool that you are selling. Its required in any Tool Contract Sale. :)
    • You Also need to give a timeframe that you will hand the tool over. I know you have put 'Approval of Contract' but it would be better to put: 'within 24hours of contract approval' or something along those lines.
    • You also have to add in that you agree to transfer the /own over to @AcTiVeMonkey when full payment has bee received.

    • You also need to provide a tp location of where a sign will be placed if he decides to pay you via a sign. (A Screenshot with F3 would be sufficient as well)

    Once these are done/added
    @AcTiVeMonkey needs to re-agree and then I think we are about there. :)

    But you also need to give a timeframe of transferring ownership over to @AcTiVeMonkey once he has completed payments.

    After that, Active can re-agree and we have a good contract :D
