  I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
  I, @xX3PICREBELXx agree to give @bwink66 my Efficiency VII Unbreaking III Silk Touch I Diamond Pickaxe re-named to "Kappa" (ITEM ID: I9AB0GL1) at a chest located at -5544 10 3686 in the legacy world within 10 minutes of this contract being accepted and @bwink66 has paid @xX3PICREBELXx $7,000.
  
  The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
  @bwink66 must agree to pay @xX3PICREBELXx $7,000 within 10 minutes of this contract has been accepted. @bwink66 must agree to return @xX3PICREBELXx 's Efficiency VII Unbreaking III Silk Touch I Diamond Pickaxe re-name to "Kappa" at a chest located at -5544 10 3686 in the legacy world at a maximum of 1 hours after this contract has been accepted. If @bwink66 fails to return the pickaxe he must pay @xX3PICREBELXx $1,000,000 or an Efficiency VII + $200,000 by the 30th of September 2015.
