    General Purpose of Contract:
    @ze7707 to construct a 200x200x1 melon farm in exchange for $150,000 ECD

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
    • Within 24 hours of this contract being approved, @THCOOL will place chests (located in rising, coords X: 2295 Y: 111 Z: -1998) with all the necessary materials needed to construct a 200x200x1 melon farm which includes:
      • 488 stacks of dirt
      • 244 stacks of melon seeds
      • 32 stacks of glow stone
      • 232 stacks of nether-brick blocks
      • 375 stacks of nether-brick slabs
      • 125 stacks of ice
    • Within 24 hours of this contract being approved, @THCOOL will add @ze7707 to the town of solarsector1 via /rg addmember solarsector1 ze7707
    • @THCOOL will give @ze7707 3 weeks which will begin on June 28th and end on July 19th to copy and extend/complete the farm design to 200x200 blocks which has already been partially laid out (rising, X: 2287 Y: 109 Z: -1989) in the town of solarsector1
    • Within 24 hours of completion and ALL materials being placed, @THCOOL will pay @ze7707 a total of $150,000 ECD via forum payment
    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
    • @ze7707 agree's to copy and extend/complete the farm design to 200x200 blocks which has already been partially laid out (rising, X: 2287 Y: 109 Z: -1989) in the town of solarsector1 by using the following materials which will be provided by @THCOOL:
      • 488 stacks of dirt
      • 244 stacks of melon seeds
      • 32 stacks of glow stone
      • 232 stacks of nether-brick blocks
      • 375 stacks of nether-brick slabs
      • 125 stacks of ice
    • @ze7707 agree's that if after July 19th the job has not yet been fully completed, then he will be removed from the town of solarsector1 and will not be compensated for any work done
    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
