    General Purpose of Contract: @Aporth is buying the town stogville


    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
    @MSU_SPaRtAns321 and @Cardinal3 ) agree to give ownership of Stogville to @Aporth and give @Aporth 1 month from today may/31/15 to pay 600k ecd ( 300k to @MSU_SPaRtAns321 and 300k to @Cardinal3 ). During this time @Cardinal3 and @MSU_SPaRtAns321 will not make any changes to the town nor touch anything. As soon as this contract is approved @MSU_SPaRtAns321 will add @Aporth to the owners list of stogville

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Aporth must pay @Cardinal3 and @MSU_SPaRtAns321 300k ecd each for the town of stogville. @Aporth must pay the money by july/1/15. @Aporth can not remove @MSU_SPaRtAns321 or @Cardinal3 from the town of stogville's owners list until this 600k total is paid to @Cardinal3 and @MSU_SPaRtAns321 .

    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: yes

    I'm glad to see you two making a contract, but there are a few things that needs to be cleared up before this can be approved.

    @MSU_SPaRtAns321 Please fix the following:
    1. Include @Cardinal3 in the "Users Involved in this Contract" part, as it seems they are also involved in this contract.
    2. Could you please add @Cardinal3 to the "@MSU_SPaRtAns321 ) agree to give ownership of Stogville to @Aporth" part as it seems to me like @Cardinal3 is selling this town as well.
    3. Could you please write out both dates to save on confusion later (example: May 31, 2015).
    4. I see three (3) words that needs to be changed. "I", "He", and "us" needs to be changed to the appropriate tagged names.
    5. Could you please state the date @Aporth will be added as owner to the town, remember to write it out.

    @Aporth please re-agree after the changes have been made.

    @Cardinal3 please agree after the changes have been made.
