General Purpose of Contract:
Sneaky_Cat will be loaning FireSnakeCM 50k with a weekly accruing interest depending on the time and day in which the user pays back the money.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, Sneaky_Cat agree to pay FireSnakeCM 50k within 30 minutes of this contracts approval.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
FireSnakeCM will pay Sneaky_Cat the required payment within 4 weeks of this contracts approval. There will be an accruing interest of 15% that is doubled per week. The percentages and possible due dates are seen here:

Week#1 : [15% interest] : 3/15/19 - 3/22/19 : 015%50.00k = 57.50k
Week#2 : [30% interest] : 3/22/19 - 3/29/19 : 030%57.50k = 74.75k
Week#3 : [60% interest] : 3/29/19 - 4/05/19 : 060%74.75k = 119.6k
Week#4 : [120% interest] : 4/05/19 - 4/12/19 : 120%119.6k = 263.12k ​

If FireSnakeCM does not pay Sneaky_Cat by 4/12/19, then FireSnakeCM's town of "stronghold" will become Sneaky_Cat's town. To which Sneaky_Cat will pay for the town transfer app. And a complaint will be filed on FireSnakeCM. Sneaky_Cat will not return the town if FireSnakeCM is banned and then unbanned, and FireSnakeCM will still be required to pay Sneaky_Cat the money that he is owed.

FireSnakeCM will pay back Sneaky_Cat via his chest located on the right hand side of "/warp Kings_Landing".
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
