I @matrix_rep will rent this group collectivity my magic rod until August 31st 11:59 pm EST where it will be returned to me, in a chest located at the town debt on main server. Coords of the chest are x: -14370 y: 70 z:-10968

The rod is already in this groups possession from a prior rental.

The entire group collectively @Lodogg @StoveRepairs @nicc228 is responsible to pay me a collective 11.5 million ecd within 48 hours of this contract being accepted.
The entire group agrees to not rent out the magic rod or allow users not part of this rental deal handle the magic rod.
This entire group also agrees that they split responsibility for the rod, if it goes missing, is broken, gets cleared, anything they will take the burden and consequences as a group not as an individual player.
