General Purpose of Contract:
@Sneaky_Cat will be renting out his Melon Sword to @EtherealSquid from:
2/9 5pm (Server time) to 2/12 3:30am (Server time).

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @Sneaky_Cat agree to hand over my Melon Sword (Item ID: JOQSLXY1) to @EtherealSquid to use form 2/9 5pm to 2/12 3:30am (Both Server Time). A mail message will be sent to @EtherealSquid in game regarding the password to the chest we've already agreed upon at /warp kings_landing between 4-5pm (Server Time) on 2/9 for safe measure. I don't care if @EtherealSquid uses the sword after I send him the password, so technically from 4-5pm he will not be charged for using it.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@EtherealSquid agrees to pay @Sneaky_Cat 87.5k by 2/11 11:59 (EST) after the approval of this contract. @EtherealSquid will be returning the Melon sword to the chest at /warp kings_landing at 3:30am(EST) on 2/12 after the approval of this contract.

A late fee of 50k/day will be implemented for up to 2 weeks if the melon sword is not returned by the assigned due date and time. Then a complaint will be filed.

If lost/broken @EtherealSquid will pay @Sneaky_Cat a total of 2m-or-purchase another melon sword to replace it, over a 2 month period after the assigned period is over. And the town 'Oblivion' owned by @EtherealSquid will be transferred to @Sneaky_Cat after the assigned period is over, and the cost of this town transfer will be paid by @Sneaky_Cat.

If @EtherealSquid chooses to pay off the melon sword (2m) there will be payment plan of 150k/per week paid to @Sneaky_Cat for 13 weeks. With the remaining 50k due the 14th week.

@EtherealSquid will leave the star tool in the star chest at /warp kings_landing when he/she is not using the tool. At no point in time is the tool ever to enter a chest other than the chest located at /warp kings_landing.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
