General Purpose of Contract:
Town Purchase
@GStoner3 agrees to transfer his ownership of the already existing town Mesatropolis: http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/mayor-town-application.84306/#post-412950 to @Skylexia for the price of $200k.

I, @GStoner3, agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@GStoner3 confirms there are no other owners of Mesatropolis at the time of contract agreement.
@GStoner3 will, upon payment receipt, immediately perform these commands:
/rg addowner Mesatropolis @Skylexia
/rg removeowner Mesatropolis @GStoner3
In the event @GStoner3 fails to do this, it will be breach of contract unless fixed immediately and that failing to do any of these commands will be a breach of contract.
@GStoner3 agrees to remove all personal locks including trade signs within 3 days from the town of Mesatropolis. Any locks found of @GStoner3 's after contract completion will be removed upon notification that additional locks were found
@GStoner3 agrees that @Skylexia can do whatever she wants with the town Mesatropolis in Rising, that she will become the sole owner, and this is proof of agreement that she can use in a Town Transfer application in addition to the Original Owner's (zjkhan) approval. (not needed at this time)

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Skylexia agree to provide $200k to @GStoner3 within 12 hours.
@Skylexia will "sign" the contract (This contract), and once the contract is signed and locked, she will become the owner of said town, and will be able to do as she sees fit with the town, including claiming it via a town transfer application.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes
