General Purpose of Contract:

To facilitate the creation of the town of Frostcity2 through the user @KittyFingerz, and then to transfer the ownership of the 200x200 town of Frostcity2 in the world of Rising from the permanent ownership of the user @KittyFingerz to the permanent ownership of @Frostystorm1.



I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:


I, @Frostystorm1 , will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as 'owners' and 'members', selling the town, or doing whatever I so decide with it.


As payment, I will give @KittyFingerz $90,000 ECD within 24 hours of the approval of this contract. @KittyFingerz must be online for the payment to occur.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:


1. I, @KittyFingerz , agree to add the user '@Frostystorm1' as owner to the town of Frostcity2 and to remove myself (@KittyFingerz) within 24 hours of the the acceptance of my mayor application. Upon adding him to the town, he shall now be the 'owner', and may do as he sees fit with the town, including transfer it to him original ownership or claim it.


2. I agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the transfer of ownership through the server's Town-Transfer system.


3. I will use the aforementioned $85,000 out of the $90,000 the user @Frostystorm1 gives me solely for my mayor application so that the town of 'Frostcity2' can be created and will apply within 24 hours of this contract's approval.


4. I, @KittyFingerz, will use the following answers in the Mayor Application form to be filed within 24 hours of the approval of this contract:

And if any additional towns are created within 15 blocks before this Mayor application is accepted @KittyFingerz will properly list them on the application as well.

5. @KittyFingerz agrees to never reclaim the town from @Frostystorm1 at any point in the future.

6. @KittyFingerz agrees to any future town placements being added near 15 blocks of the town.

7. @KittyFingerz agrees to put in future applications concerning the town "Frostcity2" as long as @Frostystorm1 provides funds to do so, this includes but is not limited to town warp applications, town flag apps, etc.

8. @KittyFingerz agrees that this contract will also act as the official required contract needed for a town transfer.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
