IGN: Schloty21 Users Involved in this Contract: @schloty21 @bobman3355 @Skaiscammer General Purpose of Contract: Safe sale of Magic Crossbow Level1 and Magic Hoe I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: To pay 10,000,000 ECD to the trade chest located at X: -11347 Y 106 Z -6813 Main(rising) at /warp bookstore every Friday by 11:59 EST starting from Friday 12/18/2020 after the tools are received. After the first installment, there will be 7 additional payments of 10,000,000 ECD made every Friday until a total of 80,000,000 ECD has been paid on 2/5/2021. For each payment missed a late fee of 1,000,000 ECD will be added to the total payment due that week with a limit of up to 2,000,000 ECD should a weekly payment be two weeks late. If a payment is more than two weeks late, this will result in a breach of contract and @Skaiscammer retains the right to reclaim the Magic Crossbow level 1 (ID #KICDXX41) and Magic Hoe (ID #KIL2WCU4) from @schloty21 and @bobman3355. All late fees from previous weeks must be paid prior to making the next weeks payment If the Magic Crossbow Level 1 (ID #KICDXX41) or Magic Hoe (ID #KIL2WCU4) is lost (e.g., lava) or broken then @schloty21 and @bobman3355 are still responsible for completing the payments regardless. @bobman3355 and @schloty21 will leave both tools in a shared chest at X: -11345 Y: 106 Z: -6814 when they are offline. @Skaiscammer agrees not to remove the tools from this chest unless a breach of contract has occurred and he is reclaiming the tools. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: To give @schloty21 and @bobman3355 the Magic Crossbow Level 1 (ID #KICDXX41) and the Magic Hoe (ID #KIL2WCU4) within 24 hours of this contract’s approval. To not attempt to reclaim this tool whilst @schloty21 and @bobman3355 are still paying for them, unless a breach of contract occurs. To setup a trade chest located at X -11347 Y 106 Z -6813 Main(rising) at /warp bookstore selling 8 sticks for 10,000,000 ECD each in which @schloty21 and/or @bobman3355 can use to make the agreed payments. To agree that if @schloty21 and @bobman3355 miss any payment, the contract will remain valid however he will incur a 1,000,000 ECD late fee per week missed, for up to two weeks. If a payment is more than two weeks late @Skaiscammer can reclaim the tools. To give ‘/own’ership of the Magic Crossbow (ID #KICDXX41) and Magic Hoe (ID #KIL2WCU4) to @schloty21 within 24 hours of the completion of the final payment. To also agree, that if the Magic Crossbow (ID #KICDXX41) and Magic Hoe (ID #KIL2WCU4) are successfully reclaimed after a breach of contract, @Skaiscammer cannot file a user complaint against @schloty21 or @bobman3355 for this. @bobman3355 agrees to be a cosigner in this agreement and agrees to all of the same terms stated for @schloty21 above. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I, @schloty21 agree.
