General Purpose of Contract:

Sale of a L3 Magic Rod for $3 million ECD. $400k up front and a $2.6m total payment plan. $2.1m due 11/6/2022 and an additional $500k due on 12/6/2022.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @Thrombey will give @TheToddFather21 the L3 magic rod (#L996L20N) upon his agreement and approval of this contract. I will place the rod in a labeled chest at /warp meymac.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
The ownership of the tool ID will not be modified until @TheToddFather21 pays the full $3 million ECD, at which point I will unown the tool and it will be completely his.

@ TheToddFather21 will transfer $400k ECD immediately to @Thrombey in exchange for the L3 magic rod. @TheToddFather21 will have until 11/6/2022 to pay $2.1m ECD using a chest shop located at /warp Meymac, then the additional $500k using a separate chest shop located at /warp meymac.

If the tools breaks or the tool has been lost , @TheToddFather21 will pay the agreed money within the allotted timeframe. If the payment plan amounts have not been met at either of the dates ($2.1mil as of 11/6/2022 and an additional $500k as of 12/6/2022) @Thrombey will be able to file a complaint.
