There is a 250k downpayment that will be paid by @cracker228989 and each week after that for 8 weeks 125k will be paid to @sick24 by @cracker228989 . I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will pay @sick24 a downpayment of 250k within 24 hours of the approval of this contract. Once a week for 8 weeks @sick24 will be paid 125k from @cracker228989 into signs at "/warp serabrisa" (coords= x: -10975, y:88, z: 1676) fulfilling the total price of the melon sword. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @sick24 will give his melon sword (Item ID: #ISV4K0VE) to @cracker228989 upon the downpayment of 250k I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Hey @cracker228989 A few things that need changing. >Because a tool is involved in this contract. Please State the Item ID of the said Melon Sword that is being sold to you by @sick24 >Please also state a timeframe of when you will pay the downpayment to @sick24 . I know you have said upon approval. But we need a specific timeframe (within 24 hours, 48hours etc) Otherwise there is no telling when a breach of terms has been made. >Because there is two of you paying back the weekly payments, I would advise doing weekly payments signs to @sick24 and put the co-ordinates of these signs in this contract too. So there is a definitive yes you have paid this week. Or no they haven't paid. --- After youve made these 3 changes, @sick24 and @TheHolyStick22 can re-agree and we can start to process this contract If you have any questions about how to edit your contract with the changes I have asked. Item ID: #ISV4K0VE (that is a zero) I'm fine with a payment sign anywhere of your choosing, I just ask that it's near a warp. I'd also ask you to make the 250k payment within 24 hours of contract approval.
I'm pretty sure it's fixed now with everything @Mission001 has asked. Added coords of signs, item ID, time frame of downpayment.

ok @sick24 , @Whammerist5 told me that it's ok to edit @TheHolyStick22 out if he's only helping to make payments so I have done that. I think one more acceptance is all we need. Sorry about everything
