Hello @_Royal_Vulpes_ , The only thing I'm not seeing is specific actions that will be taken, such as who is getting ownership of the town, and whether or not @WeirdBuilder will remain owner of the town, or if they will lose all owner/member status.

After these changes can be made, the contract will be reevaluated.

As mentioned, the previous contract utilized the exact same format and was approved without question. There's really no need to further specify who "is getting ownership of the town" as I am granting @_Royal_Vulpes_ permission to use this contract as evidence of town transference through an official town transfer application. My ownership post transfer would be irrelevant and unnecessary to describe. If there was a need to further delegate responsibility and ownership of the town, it would have been included in the original contract.

 

That aside, I agree to this contract.
