IGN: @AdmiralD Users Involved in this Contract: @Hackney_Builder General Purpose of Contract: Transfer of the towns 'Scarborough' and 'Whitby" in Rising from @Hackney_Builder to @AdmiralD I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @AdmiralD will transfer 100,000 ECD to @Hackney_Builder within 24 hours of the contract's approval. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Hackney_Builder will add @AdmiralD as a region owner of 'Scarborough' and 'Whitby' in Rising within 24 hours of receiving the payment. @Hackney_Builder does confirm that any additional owners of the towns are removed per ECC rules before agreeing to the contract. @Hackney_Builder will permanently lose both owner and member status of the towns immediately after adding the new owner; @AdmiralD will become the new legal owner. This contract can be used as proof for an official town transfer application or town claim application only for the town of Scarborough, which may be filed by @AdmiralD at a later time. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree.

The town of Whitby is not officially owned by @Hackney_Builder, but instead it is owned by @TempirePlayZ and therefore @Hackney_Builder doesn't have the ability to transfer the town to @AdmiralD . Since @Hackney_Builder is a mayor and cannot file for town transfers anyways, it would be impossible for us to enforce a town transfer for the town of Whitby. Please edit the clause below so that it says that this contract specifically only acts as proof for the town transfer of the town of scarborough. Contract Left Open Awaiting Changes
