Terms of the Contract:

This contract is for the sale of Angelic T4 Fishing Chestplate (ID: #MCWSO2N0) & T4 FishingBoots (ID: #MC8KW26E) to Jack in exchange for 12,000,000 million ECD in total.

AngelicDew agrees to:

- place a chestshop also at /warp arcadia to allow Jack to make payments as outlined below.

Jack agrees to:

- make payments using the Chestshop towards the purchase of the T4 fishing apparel in the following way:

Week 3 Payment July 31, 2025 $1,000,000 ECD
Week 4 Payment August 7, 2025 $1,000,000 ECD
Week 5 Payment August 14, 2025 $1,000,000 ECD
Week 6 Payment August 21, 2025 $1,000,000 ECD
Week 7 Payment August 28, 2025 $1,000,000 ECD
Week 8 Payment September 4, 2025 $1,000,000 ECD
Week 9 Payment September 11, 2025 $1,000,000 ECD
Week 10 Payment September 18, 2025 $1,000,000 ECD
Week 11 Payment September 25, 2025 $1,000,000 ECD

(For clarity, this will add up to 12 million ECD)

Until the final payment has been received:
Jack must sell all caught fish exclusively to Angelic (@ /warp arcadia)
Fish must be sold at market value or a mutually agreed price (price match /warp lux)
No fish may be withheld, discarded, or sold to any third party

Other Key Contractual Terms:

- should the apparel be lost, broken or other disposed of which prevents Jack rom using the apparel Jac agrees to honour this contract and pay the full balance of the apparel until all payments have been made (as outlined above).

- in the event of any late/non-payments ("missed payments") of the payments outlined above, a grace period of 7 days will be provided where no late fee will be charged. Should a missed payment reach the 8th day and beyond, Angelic does reserve the right to file a complaint which will be dealt with as staff members see fit. If the above event is triggered, all other payments in this contract will still be due on the original dates provided.

- jack and Angelic reserve the right to come to a future agreement to void this contract, the terms of which, will be outlined in a future agreement.
