General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the safe official town transfer of @ShadowNinja01's mayor town to @8MasterBlaster8 then the safe addition of @bobman3355 as owner of the town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @bobman3355 to pay @ShadowNinja01 $85,000 within 12 hours of this contract being approved. @ShadowNinja01 will use this money to apply for mayor.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@ShadowNinja01 must agree to apply for mayor with the $85,000 @bobman3355 will give him. @ShadowNinja01 will apply for mayor within 1 hour of receiving the $85,000 payment from @bobman3355. @bobman3355 will forum pm @ShadowNinja01 the coordinates of the location he wants the town placed at immediately after he pays @ShadowNinja01 the $85,000 for his mayor town. @ShadowNinja01 must then apply for mayor using the exact coordinates for his town that were forum pmed to him by @bobman3355. @ShadowNinja01 must agree to officially transfer the town he just applied for to @8MasterBlaster8 within 2 hours of his mayor application being approved using funds provided by @bobman3355. @8MasterBlaster8 must agree to use the /rg add owner command to add @bobman3355 as the owner of the town within 3 days of @8MasterBlaster8 receiving official ownership of the town. @8MasterBlaster8 also agrees that @bobman3355 can remove @8MasterBlaster8 as one of the owners of the town after @bobman3355 receives ownership of the town. @8MasterBlaster8 also agrees that if @bobman3355 ever decides to rank up to president @8MasterBlaster8 will transfer the official ownership of the town to @bobman3355 using funds provided by @bobman3355. @8MasterBlaster8 also must agree that if @bobman3355 ever goes inactive and is not official owner of the town that @8MasterBlaster8 will not re claim the town.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
