I, @GMaxx will pay @ErikPsyke for his mayor rank, in exchange for his town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

@ErikPsyke, must add @GMaxx to the town as an owner, upon receiving the town.
@ErikPsyke, must file any additionally features for @GMaxx whenever @GMaxx wants a feature for the town.
@ErikPsyke, must remove himself from the town after adding @GMaxx to the ownership.
