General Purpose of Contract:
@goblizz waiving his right to file a complaint against @TomKellyCreeper in respect of a loan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I, @Dewsy92, agree to pay @goblizz 100k via the sign at /warp milwaukee immediately after this contract is accepted. This 100k is in regards to a debt owed to @goblizz by @TomKellyCreeper as identified by these screenshots and this complaint.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @goblizz agrees to the 100k payment by @Dewsy92 to act as repayment in respect of the 70k loan given to @TomKellyCreeper by himself. @goblizz agrees that the debt owed to him by @TomKellyCreeper will be paid off following payment by @Dewsy92.
• @goblizz waives his right to file a complaint against @TomKellyCreeper in respect of this loan now or at any point in the future.
• @goblizz will withdraw his current complaint (found here) immediately after @Dewsy92 has made the 100k payment.

Note: This contract does not attempt to impose any contractual obligation onto @TomKellyCreeper. For this reason, he does not need to agree to it.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree.
