General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of Melon Sword on 30 day payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

1. I @TimmyChoi will provide @BigB_Man a melonsword (eff5 , unb3, silk1 diamond sword) as soon as the contract is approved with a mod as a middleman and as soon as @BigB_Man pays me $10,000.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

1. @BigB_Man will pay me, @TimmyChoi $10,000 as soon as the contract is approved.
2. @BigB_Man will pay me, @TimmyChoi $800,000 over 30 days via signs at an agreed sethome at the co-ords ( x: -13740 , y: 63 , z: -10657 Rising World (Located in the town Destined)).
3. @BigB_Man must pay a minimum of $150,000/week to the signs located at the agreed sethome mentioned above. By 30 days, he must have paid $800,000.
4. However, if @BigB_Man fails to pay the $800,000 by 30 days, he will face charges of $10,000/day for one week until the 13th of January 2015.
5. The date @BigB_Man has to pay by is the 6th of January 2015. If he fails to pay by the date, late fees will be put into action.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
