General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of Star Pickaxe on 28 day payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

1. I @TimmyChoi will provide @Devin300zx a star pickaxe (eff7 , unb3, silk1 diamond pickaxe) as soon as the contract is approved with a mod as a middleman and as soon as @Devin300zx pays me $100,000.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

1. @Devin300zx will pay me, @TimmyChoi $100,000 as soon as the contract is approved.
2. @Devin300zx will pay me, @TimmyChoi $650,000 over 28 days via signs at an agreed sethome at the co-ords ( x: -9561 , y: 63 , z: -4395 Legacy World (Located in the town "supertown")).
3. @Devin300zx must pay a minimum of $150,000/week to the signs located at the agreed sethome mentioned above. By 28 days he must pay the 650k owed to the signs.
4. However, if @Devin300zx fails to pay the full amount of $750,000 by 30 days, he will face charges of $10,000/day for one week until the 23rd of January 2015.
5. The date @Devin300zx has to pay by is the 16th of January 2015. If he fails to pay by the date, late fees will be put into action.
6. If @Devin300zx wishes to return the pickaxe and void the contract, he must pay a cancellation fee of 200k and return the pickaxe at least 14 days before the contract is due.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
