General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of the town SoulKingdom

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
After this contract is accepted I, @block_crusher agree to add @Israellawson as an owner in SoulKingdom.
I, @block_crusher agree to create a sign in which @Israellawson can pay a total amount of 260k ecd in increments of 20k.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Upon signing this contract @Israellawson agrees to pay 260k to a sign for the ownership of the town SoulKingdom as stated above. He agrees to pay 60k [3 increments] once this contract is accepted and the remaining 10 increments [200k] within 10 days.

@Israellawson agrees to not remove any owners of SoulKingdom until all 250k has been paid. He is able to remove owners after the full amount has been paid.

If @Israellawson has not paid all 260k after 10 days he will be given an extension. He will be required to pay an extra 5k per day that he has not paid the full amount for a maximum of 5 days. If he has not paid after those 5 days [25k extension feed + 260k] the contract will be broken.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

If you do not pay to the sign on time we will work out some form of negotiation when and if that does happen.
Perhaps an extension time with a minimal fee.
We can worry about that if it happens...

 

If you are not interested then I will just sell it to someone else.

This is buying the whole town.
Once you have paid the full 250k I am going to remove myself and mysticgoli as owners.

 

I am just setting up this contract mainly so I do not sell the town to someone else and ensure that you get the town you love.

I don't think 25k/day is too hard to pay really.
[Although I don't do anything to make money myself tbh]
