IGN: roborule Users Involved in this Contract: @matrix__rep General Purpose of Contract: To facilitate the purchase of an Eff 7. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Upon receiving the Eff 7 from @matrix__rep I will begin paying 200k a week for 6 weeks and then 100k for the final week. The first payment will be made Friday 3/27/2015 and the final payment will be made 5/8/2015. It is possible that @roborule might get ahead of his payments, and as such payment may be completed at an earlier date. @matrix__rep will receive 1.3 million in total. There will be no down payment. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @matrix__rep will give @roborule an Eff 7 within one day (24 hours) and provide a trade sign for @roborule to repay the debt. The trade sign will be located at X: 13997/Y: 63/Z: 13991 in Legacy or in the general area. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @matrix__rep I've discussed with @roborule regarding this contract already, and we would deem 100k/week to be more reasonably enforceable. That's not to say a contract can't be paid off quicker, of course, but should the Eff7 pick be lost or broken that would almost immediately put @roborule in a situation where he would default on payments at some point. So, we request re-writing the contract to a lower weekly amount in order to be fully approved.
100k per week is too little as I can rent for 125k per week. An eff7 makes 20k per hour so that's likr 5 hours a week many can accomplish in 1 day. However I will talk to him ingame
@KMaxwell Matrix and I have decided to continue on with our in-game agreement and should something happen to the Eff 7 we will talk again. I suppose that at least for now this can be locked.
