General Purpose of Contract:
The safe rent-out of a Melon sword (ID: #ICTGZLZY) from @7amoodw to @__DeathMaster__


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to provide @__DeathMaster__ with my melon sword upon receiving 70k ECD upfront.
I agree to allow a 72 hour period for the user @__DeathMaster__ to use my melon sword, and return it back safely once the 72 hours are done. The 72 hours commence upon @__DeathMaster__ receives the melon sword.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@__DeathMaster__ agrees to pay 70k within 24 hours of contract approval.
@__DeathMaster__ agrees to return the sword once the 72 hours are over in the chest located at Legacy town Fortocelot in which the user is modified to and has a home set there. Should the sword not be there once the period of time is over, then a late fee of 20k will be enforced.
Should the sword be lost in any way (Scammed, broken, butchered etc) , then a payment of 1.6million ECD is expected to be paid within 12 weeks.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
