General Purpose of Contract:
Outline and enforce the process of earning a feature for long-term work service

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

The following terms will be upheld for the entirety of March 2016
I, @3point14mp, will buy the "Fly" OR "Fly+" feature, depending on which is purchasable (Fly if @Black_Cod35 does not have Fly, and Fly+ otherwise) for @Black_Cod35 by March 16th, 2016, if @Black_Cod35 has planted at least 175 of the required 350 rows by 12 PM March 15th, 2016
I, @3point14mp, will clear planted rows to make room for more rows to plant for @Black_Cod35 within 24 hours of there being no rows available so that there is at least a floor (14 rows) available thereafter.
If I, @3point14mp, do not provide enough available rows to replant within the allocated time frame, @3point14mp will reduce the total amount of rows required to be planted by 14 per day.
I, @3point14mp, will let @Black_Cod35 know the total number of rows completed out of 350 each time he finishes a planting session for evidence tracking purposes.
If @Black_Cod35 does not plant a total of 175 rows by 12 PM EST on March 15th, 2016, I will instead provide until April 4th, 2016 for the player to plant the 350 total rows. Furthermore, I will not be required to buy "Fly" OR "Fly+" feature for @Black_Cod35 and instead pay @Black_Cod35 a total of $245,000 ECD within 24 hours of job completion of 350 rows planted. If @Black_Cod35 still has not finished 350 rows by then, I, @3point14mp, will consider the service completed if he has completed at least 250 rows and pay at a slightly reduced rate of $600/row.
If for some circumstance the '"Fly" OR "Fly+" feature be no longer purchasable with USD on March 15th, 2016, and @Black_Cod35 has completed at least 175 rows by then, I, @3point14mp, will instead pay @Black_Cod35 $700/row for each row completed, and give @Black_Cod35 the option to terminate the remainder of the contract length and work required thereafter.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Upon contract approval, @Black_Cod35 agrees to plant a total of 350 rows (direction west to east) at the farm located at X: 13621 Z: -1522 in legacy by March 28th, 2016. Each row consists of planting spruce saplings on each dirt block and is 175 squares of 2x2 dirt. A row on any level of the farm is considered eligible for completion.
By March 15th 12 PM EST, @Black_Cod35 agrees to have had planted 175 of the 350 total rows required. If this condition is satisfied, then I, @3point14mp, will buy @Black_Cod35 the "Fly" OR "Fly+" feature, depending on which is purchasable (Fly if @Black_Cod35 does not have Fly, and Fly+ otherwise) by March 16, 2016.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
