General Purpose of Contract:
Transaction of a star rod with a payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will hand over the star rod to @Exilenela within 24 hours of this contract being approved. If the rod is to be claimed back due to the other part not holding their part of the deal, I am required to refund 20% of the payments received from the down payment at the moment of repossession. I agree to remove my /own on the star rod within 2 weeks of receiving the full payment.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

To pay $90,000 ECD for each Sunday starting December 24th, 2017 until $900,000 ECD has been paid.
The payments schedule is as follows (in total numbers):
December 24th: $90,000
December 31st: $180,000
January 7st: $270,000
January 14th: $360,000
January 21th: $450,000
January 28nd: $540,000
February 4th: $630,000
February 11th: $720,000
February 18th: $810,000
February 5th: $900,000

If @Exilenela is one week late on the payment schedule, the rod can be claimed back by @appleprocucling with @Exilenela receiving a 20% refund of the money paid at that point.

If the rod is not found when attempted to be claimed back, @Exilenela must pay $750,000 ECD for the rod + the remaining amounts on the payment plan before 1st July 2018. All by forum transfer.

The payments are going to be done by forum transfer and should be numbered #1, #2, #3 etc... to keep track of each payment.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
