I have a problem with my coupon code, I want to buy Teleport, Multihome and Back which because of this current sale costs $30, which is how much my coupon code is worth. However, as I enter the coupon code in the checkout it says I must pay an extra $12 on top of my code. I have screenshots but I'd rather not post them here as someone may use my code, so if any staff could help me, could you send me a pm and I'll send you back the screenshots for proof?
Probably be best to start a pm with Andrewkm. You could also add JamieSinn, Nicit6 and Imaginex to it as they are server admins and might be able to help. Then you can show them what you need to. None of them will use your code.
I believe that coupon codes don't work with sale prices. So your coupon is working for $30 worth of features (normal prices). That leaves you with a normally $20 feature left which after the sale is $12.
So, out of interest... why are those coupons setup differently than normal coupons which can be used during sales?
Well it seems I've gone past the redeem date? I'll pm Andrew I guess, I was waiting for a response to my question before using it.
