    Sense of accomplishment = after action
    Incentive = before action

    Maybe a rank isn’t the way to do it. That’s not what I care most about with this suggestion. My concern lies with the lack of application from the tutorial.

    If there was a way to have a quick, clear, goal that could be accomplished in one sitting I that would have the same effect.

    in practice it's the same thing, you're incentivizing people with the benefits of this new rank or whatever it is.

    The application is resident, which only takes a few hours.
