What would be the point in this? I'm pretty sure the reason for sticky ads are to stick them to the very top of the page so when a new one is posted they don't get bumped down on the list. If there would be a benefit for those who post in #SponsorAds then fair enough but other than that I see no point in creating a separate channel for the same thing.
Not really needed as most people use the forums anyways. It would just be a pointless channel that isn't used or viewed much.
