General Purpose of Contract:

The purpose of this contract is for the contract initiator to purchase a donation feature with USD in exchange for ECD from the user involved in the contract as a loan that is to be paid in full.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @_Royal_Vulpes_agree to buy @postwarpreston a $59.49USD Donation Feature(Travel Bag) within 24 hours of receiving the initial down payment of $171,000ECD. The remaining amount of $429,000ECD must be paid by June 2nd, 2020 (11:59 pm est) on a donation feature loan. Failure to purchase the feature asked by @postwarpreston will result in a breach in this contract, thus nullifying this agreement and I, @_Royal_Vulpes_, will accept the punishments deemed necessary by the ECC Staff.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@postwarpreston will agree to pay @_Royal_Vulpes_ $171,000ECD as a down payment prior to receiving their donation feature within 24 hours of this contract being approved and @postwarpreston must pay the remaining amount of $429,000ECD must be paid by June 2nd, 2020 (11:59 pm est). Payments must be made at trade chests located at the Austro-Aurora United Bank on the third floor(Left building at the East Gate[Andrew's Statue and the giant snipe chest] Spawntown, AAUB Ostenstadt Branch x:135 y:80 z:18) in Main Rising. At least one payment of $53,625 must be paid each week (Dates: April 14th, 21st, 28th, May 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, and June 2nd). Failure to pay the loan by June 2nd, 2020 (11:59 pm est), will result in an additional $45,000ECD late fee(fine). If the loan(including any late fee(s)) is not paid by June 4th, 2020 (12:01 am est), it will result in a complaint of scamming being filed and @postwarpreston will be given a punishment deemed necessary by ECC Staff.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes, I agree to the terms.
