    I will update it when i can, I know some people have changed Rank, but i will be changing that as soon as I have the time to check the ranks of 100 people ;)
    As for the town location, all i can say is it will probably be in Rising, location has not been confirmed yet.

    Once they are in the collection they say in the collection unfortunatly,
    They will never be sold, but to have people put in their heads and can take them back out whenver they want, could cause a lot of confusion and hassle taking and putting up pedestals,
    If you do not want to donate, then thats fine though :)
