Terms of the contract:

Contract Purpose - This contract serves to initiate an agreement between @CammyBunny and @Rip_Peep_2017 for the sale of Eff 7 Star Pick (#KRFR03Z9) to @Rip_Peep_2017, and to protect both users in the case of failure to maintain agreement by either party.

Within 24 hours of this contract's approval, @Rip_Peep_2017 will pay @CammyBunny a down payment of $1,000,000 EcoDollars. After this payment is received, the pickaxe will be put in the designated chest in America.

@Rip_Peep_2017 will have 7 weeks from the date of this contract's approval to pay an additional $1,650,000 EcoDollars. This payment will be split into 10 separate payments of $165,000 EcoDollars at a chest located at -5821 63 -10131 in Rising on the Main server in the town of America (easily accessed by /warp America). These payments are not due in any specific time frame except by the due date, and are split up only for the convenience of @Rip_Peep_2017.

Eff 7 Star Pick (#KRFR03Z9) will remain /own'd to @CammyBunny until the $1,650,000 is paid off, at which point ownership will be transferred to @Rip_Peep_2017. @Rip_Peep_2017 will have full access to the pickaxe during its repayment period.

The pickaxe should be kept safely in a designated chest located at -5821 63 -10128 in Rising on the Main server in the town of America when not in use.

Should anything happen to cause the pickaxe to become lost while in @Rip_Peep_2017's care, the $1,650,000 will still be owed.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such: I, @CammyBunny, agree.
