General Purpose of Contract:
The general purpose of this contract is to secure a lease to own plan of a star-tool.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I, @Unique_Beagle, agree to give @FinalxHour 1x Eff7 Pickaxe within 24 hours of contract approval.
@Unique_Beagle will also retain ownership of the Eff7 until it is paid off (Owner #KBLDFU6L), then the ownership will be given to @FinalxHour once fully paid.
If I do not meet the terms of this contract, the contracted will be nullified, and I will accept the punishments deemed necessary by the ECC Staff.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@FinalxHour agrees to accept the Eff7 and pay a payment plan of $1,950,000ECD that is to be paid in the following payment plan:

7/22/2020 300k

8/5/2020 300k
8/12/2020 300k
8/19/2020 150k

@FinalxHour agrees that the full payment of $1,950,000ECD is due by August 19th, 2020(11:59 US EST) at trade chest located at /warp figos on main rising.
Starting July 1st, ending August 19th If any payment is missed weekly, a late fee of $55,000 will be added to each missed payment.

@FinalxHour also agrees that before he/she logs off from ECC, he will return the Eff 7 to a chest at /warp figos coords x: 1016 y: 65 z: -13553. to prevent him/her from going inactive with the Eff7 in his/her inventory.
If it is found that @FinalxHour is not returning the Eff7 to the chest, and is warned via /mail and/or forums more than 2 times, the tool will be repossessed.

if @FinalxHour becomes more than 7 days late on any payment @Unique_Beagle will file a complaint on forums and the tool will be repossessed. In this type of instance, no payments will be returned to @FinalxHour.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I, @Unique_Beagle agree.
