Minecraft Username: Gmax24 Brief Description: Before the update i had a head of mine that said Gmax24's head, then after the update i saw it and it was a steve head. I Pmed revan and she gave me a list of stuff to do. nothing worked -_- Then i broke the head and saw that it was labeled "Head" Instructions: I have no idea about steps/instructions How many times did you recreate this bug?: Every head i saw was a steve head, I saw these heads at other towns, my town, market, etc. This was all after the update Result: N/A Expected Result: N/A Evidence: I could provide screenshots (if i could find my mine craft folder of windows 8)
I can confirm that when breaking a head I had locked for quite a bit of time it now is just "head" instead of my head.

Don't break the heads, just give the heads time to update. Since the heads take a little moment to update. I also suggest keeping the heads loaded, because the conversion happens when the chunk the head is in gets loaded. Don't break the heads. Also make sure you are on 1.7.9, as heads may not work correctly on previous versions. EDIT: updating to 1.7.9 fixes it, so update to 1.7.9
