    Error: I can't place water, I could yesterday, I donated for it, I can't now.

    I found out by trying to place water for my farm and it wouldn't place.

    that's proof, I have the donator dollar sign near my name and also it shows I couldn't place it.

    Works fine for me.
    Attempting to place water in an unadded region comes back with a no permission message much like placing a piece of dirt there, not the only donators can use water message.

    I was in a town I was registered in, it also wouldn't work in the wild.
