    Do They Need to Remove any LWCs?:
    Yes, just to make sure, I'd check the town for any of your LWCs and remove any of them that you find - otherwise they will be removed my myself.

    Reason for Eviction:
    I have received this town from oxwood2 over Christmas and I wish to continue to work and develop the town into a nice place.

    I don't think I have any locks in there, but if you find one then please send me an in-game mail and I will remove it for your convenience. No need to make you go through the hassle of an LWC removal application. :)
