    As the title states, Owners, Skilkit and Me(Mello69) are renting out our farm.

    - 5 Full Floors of 100x100. 6th not plowed yet, and more floors to come with more funds.
    - Portal Access.
    - All Floors Are Pumpkins

    Price List

    Permanent Access: 50k
    Monthly Charge: 15k

    Per Hour: 3k

    5k per hour is overpriced in my opinion. I could get a 200x200 farm for 3k an hour

    My friend/associate, Skilkit is the owner(has mayor), yes it is a town, if you are referring to the land being protected etc.
    I'm the co-mayor and simply made the forum post because he is lazy

    Sorry to burst your bubble, but builders can't actually be co-mayors of a town. Therefore, for this farm to be rented out to non-residents of said town, you wouldn't be able to be an agent.
