Because I live in one of your apartment buildings. And because you're awesome. Definitely didn't edit that in. Nah.. also, you're an amazingly friendly person too, and without that apartment you gave me, I don't think I would be where I am today. I hope that @314 can attest to that.

Since.... gotta be no later than May or June of 2013. Been a pretty awesome 2 1/2 years or so :)
