Instructions: Fish with L3 mythic rod with jobs Initiate and Professional Fisherman on, catch "junk" (Gold/iron nuggets, mob drops, etc)

I am now receiving the ECD/job points for the fish when catching mcmmo drops, however it appears that I do not receive the ECD/job points for the mcmmo drop itself. In the video here I catch 1 pufferfish and an ink sac and am awarded $0.92, 0.07 job points, and 10 job exp per job.

I am level 8 Initiate Fisherman which should award me $0.36, 0.03 job points,and 10 job exp per pufferfish; $0.36, 0.03 job points, and 10 job exp per ink sac.
I am also level 10 Professional Fisherman which should award me $0.56, 0.04 job points, and 10 job exp per pufferfish; $0.56, 0.04 job points, and 10 job exp per ink sac.

From my understanding I should have received $1.84, 0.14 job points, and 20 job exp per job but there could be a mechanic I am misunderstanding. Were the mcmmo drops added simply to correct the fish issue or should they be awarding additional ECD/job points/job exp? Thanks!
